melancholy-boy melancholy-boy2

Another one of my series Brazilian Boys. This time it’s a “gringo”, the slang we use for foreigners in Brazil. I tried to capture a certain melancholy in his eyes, due to a possible feeling of being out of place we feel sometimes when outside our home country.

I guess this is the best I can do in coloring, but I do think that I have a LOT to learn. Not so pleased with the results.
Hope you like it anyway.

A new digital painting from last week I’d been working on for around 4 days. I think I’ve improved a lot but I don’t think it’s good yet. Still a lot to practice and learn.
It started almost a year ago as a draft for an upcoming gay comics I’ve been planning to do. I’m not sure why I painted it, since it’s not the style for the comics..lol

Coming Home.

Ilustra criada para Luguins Pasier. Adorei ilustrar essa cena, pude praticar mais anatomia e estudar novas técnicas de pintura digital.
